Q. Do I need an appointment?

A. An appointment is not required, but we recommend that you call ahead to ensure you can be helped when you arrive. If you call and alert us there is a lesser chance you will be waiting for an extended period of time.

 

Q. how do i file an insurance claim?

  1. Contact your insurance company - either your agent directly or dialing the number on your insurance card

  2. Ask your agent for your deductible and if you have rental vehicle coverage on your policy

  3. Call 715-833-0450 to schedule an estimate appointment or stop in to our free drive up estimating bay

  4. Speak with one of our Collision Consultants to set up an appointment and make arrangements for a loaner or rental vehicle

     

Q. What are the necessary items I’ll need on hand when i come in to the body shop?

A. You will need: your deductible, claim number, rental car coverage, and your estimate if already given one.

Q. what if i already have an estimate?

A. Great, all we need is a copy of it and then we will discuss scheduling.

 

Q. do i need the accident report?

A. No, this is only for your insurance company to use we do not need to see the report itself or even a copy.
