We Offer Loaners
We know you’re juggling a million things. Between work and kids, not having a vehicle is not an option. That’s why we offer loaner vehicles while your car, truck, or SUV is in for repair.
Qualifications
As long as you’re 21, have proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license you qualify for the loaner program. We recommend contacting your insurance agent to make sure you’re covered for rental transportation (if not, we offer coverage for less than $40 per day).
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for replacing the gas they use while driving the loaner vehicle. Smoking, pets, and towing are prohibited since we eventually need to offer these vehicles for sale. We also prohibit hauling cargo in the back of a pick-up truck. Customers are responsible for any accidents or damage to the vehicle while it is in their possession, and customers must have proper insurance coverage. Finally, customers must bring the vehicle back at the agreed-upon time after their repair is completed. If the vehicle is kept longer than the agreed-upon time, the customer will be charged for the extra time.
We Offer Drive-Up Estimates
Markquart Auto Body in Eau Claire offers drive-up estimates to customers from all over the Chippewa Valley. Simply drive into our estimating bays and one of our experienced Collision Consultants will look over your vehicle.
From there, the Collision Consultant will go over your estimate with you. This is where you can discuss your options for repair. Whether you need paintless dent repair, bumper repair, or even collision repair, our drive-up estimates help make the process a little smoother.
We Offer Early Bird Drop Off
Car troubles rarely happen when it’s convenient. That’s why Markquart Auto Body offers before and after-hours drop off. This is perfect for people whose work schedules conflict with our hours, or for middle-of-the-night mishaps. Here’s how it works:
Drive or have your vehicle towed to Markquart Auto Body (see the bottom of this page for details)
Fill out the drop-off envelope and insert your keys (found near the estimating bays to the right of the building)
Drop the envelope into our secure drop-off box
Call us at 715-833-0450 during business hours to discuss your next steps
We Work With Your Insurance Company
When you need to file a claim, contact your insurance company. You can do this by either contacting your agent, or dialing the number that’s on the back of your insurance card. Check with your agent to see what your deductible is and if you have any rental vehicle coverage on your policy.
After talking to your agent, you can make an estimate appointment, or simply stop into our drive up estimating bay. Information you’ll need includes your deductible, claim number, and rental car coverage to name a few.
Once we complete the estimate, we can email or fax it to the insurance company. The insurance company taking care of the repairs will review and approve an initial estimate. Once that is decided, you can set up an appointment for repairs, and figure out loaner or rental vehicle arrangements.
